What is SUNAHI Pearl Wax?
SUNAHI Pearl Wax is a loose, pourable candle wax designed to be used with a compatible wick in a heat-resistant container. It lets you refresh the candle, reuse clean unburned pearls, and change the vessel to suit your space.
How do I set up my SUNAHI candle?
Choose a clean, dry, heat-resistant container. Pour in the wax pearls, place a SUNAHI wick upright with the lighting tip exposed, and light it on a stable surface. Always follow the instructions supplied with your product.
What kind of container can I use?
Use a stable, non-flammable container specifically suitable for candle heat. Avoid thin, cracked, decorative, or unknown glassware, and keep enough space around the wick so the flame cannot reach the sides.
How long does one wick burn?
A SUNAHI wick typically burns for approximately 6–8 hours. Actual burn time varies with wick placement, room conditions, drafts, and how long the candle is used in each session.
Can I reuse and refill the candle?
Yes. After extinguishing the flame, let everything cool completely. Remove the cooled wax disc and spent wick, keep the clean loose pearls, top up if needed, and insert a fresh compatible wick.
Can I change the container or combine colors?
Yes. Keep the wax pearls clean and dry, use only a candle-safe container, and use a compatible wick. You can rearrange or combine colors to create a new look before lighting.

SUNAHI is still an open flame and should always be used with normal candle precautions.
How should I use SUNAHI safely?
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, and anything flammable. Place it on a stable heat-resistant surface, do not move it while lit or hot, and stop using it if the container becomes damaged.
What should I do if the flame is too large or smoky?
Extinguish the flame, allow the candle to cool completely, and check that the wick is correctly positioned and the wax is free of debris. Keep the candle away from drafts and use only a compatible SUNAHI wick before relighting.

What to expect after placing your SUNAHI order.
When will my order ship?
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. The delivery estimate and available shipping methods are shown at checkout, and tracking is emailed after dispatch when the carrier provides it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We will help when we can, but an order that has already been packed or dispatched may no longer be changed or cancelled.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement, refund, or next step.
Can I return my order?
Eligible unused and unlit items can be returned under our Refund Policy. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
