These Terms of Service govern your use of sunahi.com and the services provided through the SUNAHI online store. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or use the store with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it unlawfully, or use it for fraudulent or illegal activity.

Store information

We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information accurate. Minor variations in color, texture, appearance, and packaging may occur, especially across screens and production batches. We may correct errors or update information at any time.

Orders and payments

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or delivery restrictions. Payment methods and any applicable taxes or shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Candle use and safety

SUNAHI products must be used only as directed and with a suitable heat-resistant container and compatible wick. Never leave an open flame unattended. Keep burning candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials, and do not move a candle while it is lit or hot.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including the SUNAHI name, branding, photographs, graphics, copy, and design, are owned by or licensed to SUNAHI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only unless we give written permission.

The store may rely on or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.
