Product information

We describe products as accurately as reasonably possible. Candle wax pearls, packaging, and colors may show small natural or batch-to-batch variations, and screen settings can affect how colors appear.

Prices and payment

The price, currency, taxes, shipping cost, and accepted payment methods available for your order are shown before checkout is completed. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected method for the total shown.

Contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated order-receipt email confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted. The sale is accepted when we confirm fulfillment or dispatch, subject to applicable law.

Availability and order limits

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or cancel an order because of stock errors, payment problems, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing or description error. If payment has been taken for a cancelled item, it will be refunded.

Delivery

Processing, shipping options, tracking, international charges, and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Ownership transfers as provided by applicable law; risk generally transfers when the order is delivered to you or a person you designate.

Use and care

Follow all supplied product and candle-safety instructions. Use a suitable heat-resistant container, a compatible wick, and a stable surface. Never leave a burning candle unattended or near children, pets, drafts, or flammable materials.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellation and return rights are described in our Refund Policy. Where mandatory consumer law gives you additional withdrawal, conformity, guarantee, or refund rights, those rights continue to apply.

Problems with an order

If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us promptly at norbertfazekas.create@gmail.com with the order number and relevant photos so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
