Cancellation policy

SUNAHI does not currently charge customers for an automatic recurring subscription unless a subscription option and its recurring terms are clearly shown at checkout.

If a subscription is offered

Before purchase, the product page or checkout will disclose the recurring price, billing frequency, included products or services, minimum commitment if any, and how to cancel. By selecting that option, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method provided until the subscription is cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel an active subscription before the next billing date through the customer-account controls made available to you or by emailing norbertfazekas.create@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund an order already processed or dispatched.

Changes, failed payments, and refunds

If the price or material terms change, notice will be provided as required by law before the change takes effect. Failed payments may pause or cancel the subscription. Refunds and returns for products already supplied are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

No subscription purchase

If your checkout showed only a one-time purchase, this policy does not create a subscription or authorize recurring charges.
